3 Cups Black Eyed Peas (Cooked or Canned)
1 Cup Corn (Cooked & Cooled)
1/4 Large Red Onion
1 Tbsp Chopped Chives (Approximately 6 Small Chive Stalks)
Drain and rinse the black eyed peas, then add to a large bowl.
Dice the red onion and chives.
Add the onion, chives and corn to the bowl with the black eyed peas.
Prepare the dressing, then add it to the salad.
Stir until all ingredients are incorporated and coated in dressing.
