This Tahini Dressing is actually a dual-use sauce. Use it fresh as a salad dressing or on top of your favourite taco, or let the dressing sit overnight in the fridge and it thickens up to become a super delicious dip for veggies! Want my advise? Use it for both! I make the dressing to use right away with dinner, and then keep some left overs to use as a dip for snacks the next day.
Here is my recipe for this Double Feature Tahini Dressing:
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Water
Blend all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender, until smooth and creamy.
Use right away as a dressing, or let sit overnight to thicken up and use as a dip.
