Here is the recipe for The Home Baked Vegan’s Spiced Maple Carrots:
Ingredients:
3 Large Carrots
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Method:
Cut carrots into sticks approximately 1/4″ thick.
In a small bowl, mix together 1 Tbsp soy sauce with maple syrup.
In a medium skillet, cook 1 tsp Soy Sauce, and carrot sticks over medium high heat, for 3 – 5 minutes, or just until tender when poked with a fork.
Add the maple syrup and soy sauce into the skillet, and toss.
Add the ginger and cinnamon, and stir until all of the carrots are coated.
Remove from heat and serve.
