It’s just an added bonus that they are also vegan, soy free optional, refined sugar free, gluten free, and extremely easy to make! To keep these cookies 100% refined sugar free, simply leave out the chocolate chips.
Here is the recipe for The Home Baked Vegan’s Guilt Free Chocolate Cookies:
1 Cup GC Control SELECT (approximately 4 scoops)
1/4 Vegan Margarine or Coconut Oil
1/4 Cashew Milk
1 tsp Baking Powder
Optional: 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350’
In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients with an electric mixer.
Using a one tablespoon (1 Tbsp) measure, drop dough onto a parchment or silicone lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350’ for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
