Sweet onion dressing is a super simple, delicious salad dressing made with red onions. I love that when you blend up the red onions the dressing turns pink! This dressing is made in a blender, and makes approximately one cup, so there is always plenty left over to keep in the fridge.
To make this salad dressing, simply blend together an onion, vinegar, vegetable oil, and sugar. This easy dressing is perfect to keep on hand in your fridge for lunches or side salads. Serve it over your favorite greens and veggies and enjoy!
How to make Sweet Onion Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
1 Small Red Onion
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Sugar
Method:
In a blender, blend all of the ingredients together on high speed, for approximately 30 – 60 seconds.
Store in a sealed jar in the fridge, and shake before using.
