This recipe for peanut sauce is super easy to make, with just a few simple ingredients. It is amazing on stir fried vegetables, tofu, noodles and rice. Easy Peanut Sauce with Lime Juice

Peanut sauce is a healthy, plant-based vegan sauce that is perfect for dipping – try it as a dip for raw veggies! It is also great for drizzling over dinner dishes. Add some more water and a small splash of vinegar and use it as a delicious dressing to take your salads up a notch!

How to make Easy Peanut Sauce

Place 1/4 Cup of peanut butter in a small bowl, then a little bit at a time, add the following ingredients while mixing constantly to keep the consistency smooth: 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce ( for gluten-free, be sure to use gluten-free soy sauce), 1 Tbsp Lime Juice, 1 tsp Maple Syrup, and 1/4 Cup Water.

Avoid adding all of the ingredients at once, as it will make it more difficult to stir together. If you add the liquid slowly, it keeps the peanut butter smooth and prevents it from separating in the liquid.
